DBL offers grant training workshops to qualified applicants each year. After submission of a Prequalification Form, applicants will be requested to indicate their workshop date preference.

Organizations are required to attend a training workshop, at minimum, every two years. However, applicants are welcome to attend every year at their option. New applicants must attend a workshop to complete their application process.
