Volunteer Services

As part of our mission, DBL members serve as volunteers throughout the local community. Members’ volunteer activities range from boards to soup kitchens. Each year, over 30,250 service hours are recorded by DBL members working in a variety of agencies and organizations. Volunteer opportunities are brought to the attention of DBL members through the newsletter and general meeting announcements. Members select from nonprofit, nonsectarian and nonpolitical organizations that benefit clients north of Lake Lewisville.
